I have come to the conclusion that my blog is pretty boring right now. I mean, you really can't blame me since all I do now is muddle through school days. But I am determined to make it a better blog! I have been thinking about what I like to see in blogs that I read, and I think I will incorporate some of those elements in my own bloggity blog. (Blog is such a funny word, isn't it?) So! Fom now on there will be more pictures, anecdotes, videos (I am reinstating YouTube Wednesdays!) and maybe a piece of fiction thrown in here and there. I am also going to try to update more often, because I hate when readers have to wait DAYS to here from their favorite blogger. So wish me luck and watch for improvements!

Where is the new episode?
Every Sunday I watch What Would Brian Boitano Make on the Food Network. But today it wasn't a new episode! They showed the first episode of the season. I am pretty upset. Since the fiasco with Pushing Daisies I can't help but be a little wary when they start messing with my favorite shows. All I have to say is there better be a new episode next week. Or else.

One thought.
The image of a half eaten banana just popped in my head. You know, when someone will cut a banana in half, and eat one part of it and leave the rest to get brown on the counter. I remember my grandparents on my dad's side doing this a lot. Who wants to eat just half of a banana? It isn't very big or filling, so why not just eat the whole thing? Do they ever get around to eating the other half? The fact that people do this really bothers me. And this is what I think about when I should be doing homework.

Mid Week
I took an accidental nap yesterday. I just laid down on my bed when I got home from class and completely conked out. I must have needed it if I fell asleep so quickly. It is only September but it already feels like that I have been here for months. Gah. I am so busy! And I want to more. I don't know how I am going to fit it all in. I am in three organizations, I am learning how to sew, I am head of Project PD, I go to the gym everyday, I am adding a minor and I want to study abroad. There just isn't enough time in four years of school to fit it all in. I want to graduate in 4 years, but if I study abroad I don't think I will be able to.
Good news! I think I will have time to actually sew something this weekend! And I have a fun post planned for when I upload the pictures from my camera.

I would rather...
Be knitting than my homework. I am awfully fatigued today and I just feel like curling up and doing something crafty. I have been dying to break out my sewing machine since I got here. But I don't have the time. I know what you are thinking, if I would get my homework done early then I could devote some time to craftiness. But in order to get my homework done right, I have to devote hours. And once I'm done with classes, go to the gym, shower, and eat, I am exhausted and short on hours. Oh well.

Back to School
So Blogger changed the way that I sign in, so for the longest time I couldn't log in to my account. Boo. But I figured it out today! So guess what I am doing instead of homework! That's right.

My Goodness
I haven't posted in a long time. First my internet was down, and then I got lazy, and yeah.. lazy. I work a lot. Well maybe not a lot, but it certainly takes a lot out of me. But I have been very productive this summer so far! I have read six books, knit over half of a blanket, started to learn how to sew, made many many hand pies, cookies, cupcakes, and a deep dish apple pie... mmm. I have also started going to knitting group at the local yarn shop Wednesday nights. I still dearly miss my knitting group up at school. I have also started a huge knitting endeavor involving my beloved show Pushing Daisies and the clever knitters at Ravelry.com. More on that later as it develops. But I am very excited about it!
